to get totall acces or full acces to your system file, And if you want to edit those files or customize it you need to Root your Galaxy S3 first. because if you don not root your galaxy s 3 you can't get those acces. follow this tutorial one click root and install CWM for galaxy s3. if you have Rooting acces it provides you to get a control of your entire mobile system. You basically become a “Superuser” through which you can alter :

1. Pre Installed system apps like clocks ,maps etc.
2. Special Apps.
3. Boot screen images.
4. You can make a full backup of all the applications that you have install.
5. Edit themes.

Read First
This tutorial , root and install CWM recovery normally will not delete your android phones data and application. But, it will be Better if you Create a backup of your phone’s important data to external storage. Then After backup, remember to remove the sdcard before perform root and install CWM recovery on Your phone.

Please Make sure that Battery power at least 80% full.

Then If you do not have Installed Samsung’s KIES on you phone, download and install it. Correct USB drivers must be installed, so that programs can communicate with the device. Reboot computer after the KIES installation.

download the tools :
Download CF-Root-SGS3-v6.0.zip( After download, please unzip this file. and you will get (CF-Root-SGS3-v6.0.tar)

Tutorial How to Root and Install CWM Recovery On Galaxy S3:
  1. First, Set your android phones to USB debugging mode, by use : Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB debugging. Then Turn Off your android phones. ( You must fully turn off your phone, to do so, you can remove the battery and then plugin again the battery.)
  2. Turn your phones into download mode by pressing and holding VolumeDown + Home + Power simultaneously. (what is S3 debugging mode? Click here for the answer)
  3. Thwn Start ODIN on your PC.
  4. Connect your android phone to your computer using USB.
  5. Wait a few seconds, the ODIN screen will show that a device is now connected. ( If ODIN not detect your device, mean you still not install the s3 driver/ Samsung kies properly or still not enable the Download Mode)



  6. Then Click the PDA button, then select CF-Root-SGS3-v6.0.tar (Attention: this is .tar file and it is not a .zip file!)
  7. Then Press Odin “Start” button. then ODIN will start flash the firmware, and your android phone should be reboot after flashing process complete (less than 1 minute).
